By using this website to register for the Charity Golf Tournament, make a donation, or become a sponsor, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Registration for Charity Golf Tournament
Eligibility: The golf tournament is open to all participants who register via the official website. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Participants aged 12 or over must register. Participants aged under 12 are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult but will not be eligible to register in the tournament.

Registration Process: To register for the event, complete the online registration form with accurate information. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with event details.

Fees: The registration fee for the tournament is clearly outlined during the registration process. Payments are to be made via the available payment methods on the website.

Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Donations
Purpose: Donations made through this website will be used to support Cancer Council Queensland in funding cancer research, prevention programs, and patient support services.

Payment: Donations are processed via secure payment gateways, and you will receive a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.

Refunds: Donations are non-refundable, as they are given to a charitable cause.

3. Sponsorship
Sponsorship Opportunities: Sponsors can choose from a variety of options to support the charity golf tournament. Upon expressing interest, we will contact you to discuss sponsorship packages and benefits, which may include banner placement, sponsoring golf holes, distributing promotional materials, and hosting raffles or draws.

Sponsorship Confirmation: Once you confirm your sponsorship choice, we will send an agreement detailing your sponsorship benefits and the total amount due. Payment must be received before the event.

Non-Transferable: Sponsorship packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.

4. Event Changes or Cancellation
Event Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors outside our control.

Communication: In the event of any changes or cancellations, registered participants, sponsors, and donors will be notified promptly via email.

5. Liability
General Liability: By participating in the event, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. The event organizers, Cancer Council Queensland, and other affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims or damages arising out of your participation in the tournament or any related activities.

6. Privacy Policy
Personal Information: We collect personal information only for the purposes of registering for the event, processing donations, and managing sponsorships. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to facilitate the event and fulfill our legal obligations.

Communication: By registering or donating, you consent to receive event-related communications, such as updates or thank-you messages, from the event organizers. You can opt-out at any time by following the instructions in the communication.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes or legal actions arising from your participation in this event will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
